Cleaning standards are now consistently higher
I encountered several issues with the previous cleaning contractor at The Biosphere. Our occupiers were not happy with the standard provided and complained weekly. Once appointed, I was impressed with how quickly Bettakleen mobilised a new onsite team, and standards improved within the first week. Cleaning standards are now consistently higher and I’ve not received a single complaint from our occupiers.
